1. Introduction
Welcome to LEX Pool! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Ashan Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our online multiplayer game, accessible via our website https://lexpool.club and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, including the HTML lobby, player profile, tournaments, rankings and the canvas game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account and using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16. If we discover that a user is under 16, we will terminate their account and delete their personal data immediately.

- Permitted Use: You may use the Service to play the game by yourself, interact and play with other players, and participate in tournaments and events.

- Harassment: You may not harass, bully, or threaten other players. This includes offensive language, hate speech, and any form of discrimination.
- Exploitation: You may not exploit bugs or glitches in the game to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the experience of other players.
- Unauthorized Access: You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, or any other part of the Service.
- Illegal or Harmful Conduct: You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, or distribution of illegal content. You may not use the Service to promote or engage in harmful conduct, including self-harm or violence.
- Impersonation: You may not impersonate any person or entity, including our employees or representatives, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. User-Generated Content
The Service may allow you to create, post, or share content, such as usernames, avatars, in-game messages, game recordings and streams ("User-Generated Content").
- Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your User-Generated Content.
- License to Us: By submitting your User-Generated Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Service.
- Prohibited Content: You may not submit User-Generated Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
- Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User-Generated Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. You are not entitled to a refund for any reason upon account termination. Suspended accounts may be reinstated at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- "As Is" and "As Available": THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY FOR YOUR NEEDS.
- Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make any changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hong Kong.
